High Frequency Radio Operational Exercise
This exercise was conducted on Saturday, July 16th. Auxiliarist Bill Leoppard manned the radio in Truckee, California while Coxswain Jack Leth was on Lake Tahoe. Bill relayed information from Coxswain Leth to a mobile radio on Coast Guard Island in Alameda, California which was manned by Fred and Kevin Sellstrom. The video is about 12 minutes in length.
